At each tier, traffic is evenly distributed across all available data paths. The primary data paths for each of the four volumes are spread across different fabrics, storage ports, and loops.
In practice, you should also consider the behavior of traffic given different failure scenarios. It is possible that this may not be the optimum design.
In fact it would be better to cross connect one of the storage ports on each of the controllers to the alternate fabric.
