LS_RJT notifies the sender of an Extended Link Service command that the command was not accepted. The command might have been rejected because the port was busy at the time, the command was invalid or malformed, or the command is not supported by the receiver. The reason code in the payload gives a more precise reason for the rejection.
PRLI
establishes an FC-4 session between the originator and responder ports so that the driver’s process service parameters can be exchanged between process image pairs.
PRLO terminates an existing session between an image pair and releases driver resource.
SCN is sent to a number of ports in order to notify those ports that an event has occurred that may affect the login status between ports.
RSCN is used as an alternative to SCN. The switch sends an RSCN to notify registered nodes that a change has occurred in the fabric topology.
SCR is sent by each interested port to the fabric requesting that it be added to the list of ports registered to receive an RSCN command when an event has occurred.
