Procedure Weigh Part A, mix well. Heat Part A to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh Part B, add Part B to Part A and stir well for 30 min at 75°C with normal helix stirring. Weigh Part C, mix well. Add Part C to Part A+B in bain-marie. Weigh Part D and heat to 75°C in bain-marie. Add Part D to previous part with strong rotor stator stirring. Add Part E extemporaneously to the previous part, mix well. Add Part F to previous part below 40°C, mix well. Adjust the pH with Part G, stir well. Add Part H to the previous part, mix well. Procedure Heat water to 60°C. Add Disodium EDTA.
DermaPep™ A440 Myristoyl Tetrapeptide-34, Butylene Glycol 1.00 Disperse Xanthan Gum until fully
hydrated. Add remaining ingredients. Heat Phase A to 80°C. Combine and heat Phase B to 80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A when both are at 80°C. Homogenize for 3 minutes until uniform. Add Phase C, switch to side sweep mixing. Mix until uniform. Cool batch to 40°C, add Phase D ingredients one at a time. Cool batch to 30°C. Suppliers
