EveryMatrix It’s London, baby! EveryMatrix has opened a new central London office, 17 years after the business was

founded in the UK capital. Located in the heart of the city at the newly opened HYLO building on Old Street, the premium office space is home to various teams, including several members of the OddsMatrix sports platform division.

Te HYLO has been described as one of London’s most exciting new buildings, boasting a high-rise tower and large, efficient podium floors plus roof gardens and new public spaces all within the popular Shoreditch area.

Team members include UK-based ex FSB Technology employees who have successfully integrated into EveryMatrix, following its acquisition last year. Many of the team have been responsible for delivering the Group’s new horse racing product. Te London office is the third new global location to be opened this year with Chang Mai in Tailand and Cebu in the Philippines welcoming teams in March.

Tis takes the total number of global offices to 15 - employing more than 1,400 staff. Te EveryMatrix workforce has increased by 40 per cent since last March when the company announced its 1,000th employee while simultaneously cutting the ribbon on a state-of-the-art, sustainably developed and built office for more than 500 staff in Bucharest.

Ebbe Groes, Group CEO and Co-Founder, EveryMatrix, commented: “We’re back where it all began when Stian Hornsletten and I co-founded the business in 2008. Tis new opening brings back so many fond memories and I’m personally delighted to see the business come back full circle. Te space is magnificent and one of the best I’ve ever seen offering our teams here superb working conditions, multiple benefits and the ideal central London location.

“Our growth is showing no bounds and this new UK location highlights just how ambitious we are to continue growing and working with premium, tier-1 customers who we can now host in one of Europe’s best cities.”

86 POWERHOUSE YEAR AHEAD

EveryMatrix has kicked off 2025 with powerful momentum, reporting a standout first quarter of exceptional revenue growth and profitability. Te iGaming technology platform supplier's net revenue reached €54m, up 39 per cent year-on-year (YoY), and EBITDA increased to €28m, up 27 per cent YoY, driven by strong growth from existing clients and innovative product launches.

EBITDA margin reached 52 per cent, making it the eighth consecutive quarter above 50 per cent, as the company continues to scale its platform and casino content technologies while maintaining strong financial discipline. Te last twelve months’ EBITDA reached €107m, up 50 per cent YoY, building on 2024’s milestone achievement of surpassing €100m in annual EBITDA.

A highlight of the first quarter was the successful migration of Bet600 - the first full turnkey FSB Technologies customer in the UK - to the EveryMatrix platform. Te company aim remains to have all clients fully migrated in 2025 thereby realising large cost synergies from this key acquisition.

EveryMatrix launched its cutting-edge proprietary Horse Racing solution by combining FSB's proven knowledge and experience in Horse Racing with the innovation of OddsMatrix development teams. It provides global horse racing coverage with over 10,000 monthly events, full system bets offering with bonusing capabilities and configurations and a purpose- built Horse Racing front end with rich Racecard content & live streaming integrations among some of the features.
