a lot of questions. We try and do it in a personal manner, but whilst it might be painful, we come out with a vision. We then ask the client: are you happy? You can make changes now so speak - or forever hold your peace. Ten it goes on to our production line which is automated meaning a lot of the integrations don't take weeks. Tey're plug and play. We use AI for our code generating and design which makes things simpler. From the date of signing, we're live in four-six weeks.
We've only been in the B2B space for around 18 months, but we already have 14 brands live with countless more set to come. Te processes we have in place are very easy to follow. It's like a production line. First, we start with the idea of the website which goes through to the project manager. She then hands out all the different tasks, they converge back into the middle, this goes out to different teams once more, then it goes to QA. Tings are going smooth, but we enjoy the benefit of not having hundreds of partners and we don't intend to be that large.
We try and pick our partners based on what we believe will be successful in generating GGR and give us the least number of headaches. I always say to our partners, after we sign with you, I don't ever want to speak to you again. If you're speaking to me, it means you have problems. Invite me for a round of golf or meet for drinks, but if
you're speaking to me outside of that it means there’s a problem for me to address. We look for operators that can self-manage themselves. Once you're into the back office and you've undergone the two-day training, you can run it yourself and don't need us for anything. Operators can run their own CRM, game management, website content - all of it.
How do you balance that rapid speed of deployment with platform stability and quality assurance?
Discipline by not taking on more than we can chew, which has happened to us in the past. Having clear roles and responsibilities for each department head with timelines. Te beauty of the platform and our processes is that we have made everything simple and haven't reinvented the wheel. One of the biggest complaints I have of the iGaming industry is we haven't really evolved too much. If you look at other industries like e-commerce or fintech, they've really evolved over the last 15 years. You can get an Amazon delivery on next day delivery. You can transfer money instantly with no fees.
Ultimately, we're making a website, connecting partners and APIs - we just need everything to run on time, communicate with clients and make sure that we're not over promising.
