right clients because that gives a proportional growth to investment from a B2B standpoint. If we have 100 clients where one of them knows what to do and 99 don't, we invariably spend equal time on all of them, wasting resources.
Our razor focus enables us to have this disproportionate growth or ROI on resource investment. Tis means that we invest disproportionately into our clients, unlike our competitors. We ensure every aspect is performing at the level needed for them to grow and dominate the market. We can afford this approach because we're very selective and the return from having the right clients is so much higher. We are building a new department that we're calling the growth department. Tis comprises a team of experts that dig deep into all operational aspects - a free consultancy service of sorts - aimed at securing a notch more performance from all our clients.
