“One of our most innovative developments is a new range of products featuring exclusive
archive footage of motorbike races where we leverage our patented AI and visual effects (VFX) technologies to dynamically alter the outcomes of archived races.”
Highlight Games continues its upward trajectory as a leader in the virtual sports space. Our flagship SOCCERBET products dominate the world’s largest virtual sports market, and we’ve consistently demonstrated that the demand for video-based virtuals can surpass that of traditional graphical simulations across multiple territories.
Our success is built on the strength of our HD-quality video content, the reliability and performance of our products across both retail and online platforms, and our unique ability to deliver bespoke, market-specific content. Tese strengths make Highlight Games the virtual sports provider of choice for a growing roster of global operators.
Looking ahead, our strategy is clear: replicate the proven success we've achieved in markets like Italy, Turkey, and Nigeria by expanding our portfolio with content tailored to local preferences. For instance, we now hold the rights to Ligue 1 and will soon launch a French football iteration of SOCCERBET for relevant markets. In Italy, our most successful market, we’re expanding our offering with the upcoming launch of a new MotoGP and ATP Tennis products. Te appetite for high-quality video virtual content in Italy continues to rapidly grow, and we’re committed to meeting that demand.
We’re also in development on a groundbreaking new product based on Italy’s premier 5-a-side competition, Serie A1 Futsal. Tis fast-paced version of SOCCERBET will feature top teams including Napoli, Roma 1927, L84 Torino, and Came Treviso. Using unique patented techniques that combine five-second clips, we’ll create the first-ever virtual sports product to showcase up to twelve goals per match, with possible outcomes ranging from 12–0 to 0–12.
With innovative products and localised content continuing to fuel our growth, Highlight Games is well-positioned to expand its global footprint and deliver unmatched player engagement.
136 LOCALISED CONTENT
At Highlight Games, we understand that content tailored to local markets resonates more deeply with players. Tat’s why localised content continues to be a central pillar of our growth strategy. For example, we’ll soon be launching a French football SOCCERBET product featuring Ligue 1 archive in French-speaking African nations, and SOCCERBET featuring LALIGA in Brazil—where we know that Spanish football is hugely popular.
To build on this momentum, we’ve developed an ultra low- cost delivery method that lowers the barriers to entry for both retail and online operators. Using our proprietary Virtual Streaming technology, we’re now able to deliver highly localised content directly into retail environments—something that hasn’t been possible at this scale until now. Tis innovation follows case studies conducted in Italy, Turkey, and Scotland, all of which confirmed that players respond more positively to content that reflects their local sports and teams, particularly in retail settings.
We’re also exploring opportunities for hyper-localisation. A flagship example is our SSC Napoli SOCCERBET channel, launched in April with Eurobet in retail locations across the Campania region. Tis product delivers club-specific, fully branded content aimed squarely at Napoli fans, enabling a new level of regional engagement and loyalty. Looking ahead, we’ll be rolling out a Turkish basketball virtual product specifically for the Turkish market - another example of how we’re designing content that speaks directly to local audiences and passions. With each of these initiatives, we’re expanding the SOCCERBET brand while deepening player engagement through authentic, localised experiences.
