Procedure: Mix phase A ingredients with stirring until completely solubilized and clear. Add ingredient from phase B, homogenize until fully dispersed. Thicken by neutralizing with NaOH 30% to pH: 5.2-5.8. Add ingredients from phase C one by one with stirring. Once the phase C ingredients are incorporated, add ingredient from phase D, homogenize until fully dispersed. Add phase D with stirring until fully dispersed.

Procedure: To begin, add the Arquad® PC SV-60 PG surfactant followed by all other ingredients to a vessel and set to mix with heating set to around 60C. Once all the ingredients in Phase A have been melted into a homogenous solution, proceed to Phase B. Once all of Phase A has completely melted, add ELFAN® AT 84 to the mixture and allow to melt into solution before holding the batch at temperature for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and begin to allow the mixture to cool.

Procedure: In a main vessel, combine phase A ingredients under propeller agitation. Once dispersed, homogenize 5 minutes, then continue mixing and heating to 70-75°C. In a separate container, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C. Add phase B to phase A under high propeller agitation. Homogenize until uniform, then continue mixing and start cooling to ≤ 40°C. At ≤ 40°C, add phase C ingredients, independently and mix
until uniform. Cool down to ≤ 32°C and adjust pH, if needed. * Based on existing MMP, Inc. patented technology.
