Figures 4A and 4B show transmission


electron microscopy images of AC-EUK-134 SANIO 0.5%. Figure 4A has been stained with phosphotungstic acid (negative staining), and the sample was diluted to a concentration of about 1wt%. After negative staining, the vesicles appear


as white spherical shapes with a particle size of about 30nm, and the size is basically uniform. Figure 4B shows the vesicles in black


spherical shapes without negative staining, and deformable non-ionic surfactants can be observed around the spherical shape. The vesicles remain stable and do not separate after testing, and can be stored for two months under low temperature, high temperature, and light conditions without separation, basic colour change, or precipitation. In addition, the retention rate after two months is still higher than 90%, indicating good stability.
