Procedure: To the main vessel, add phase A and mix until uniform, then add phase B and heat it to 80-85°C. Prepare phase C separately and heat it up to heat up 80-85°C. Add phase C to phase AB under stirrer at 250 rpm, keeping the temperature. Mix under stirrer for 2 minutes the phase ABC and then homogenize it, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes. Cool down to 40°C under stirring (50 - 100 rpm). Add phases D and E and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute.

Procedure; Phase 1: Mix Phase 1: A together sequentially in the main vessel. Place vessel into double boiler, cover, and begin mixing/heating to 80-100C. Slowly add Phase 1: B to Phase 1: A with moderate agitation. Mix until uniform. Add Phase 1: C with moderate agitation and increase mixing rate as formula thickens. Mix until fully dispersed and uniform. Add Phase 1: D and mix until uniform. While still hot remove from mixer and quickly pour into specified mould filling mould 75% full. Allow Phase 1 to cool while preparing Phase 2. Phase 2: Add Cetearyl Alcohol to main vessel and begin heating to 65°C. Once melted, begin moderate mixing. Slowly add BTMS 225KC and BTAC 228KC while maintaining the temperature at 65°C. Begin melting Phase 2: F in a separate vessel and heat to 65°C. Once melted and at temperature, add to Phase 2: E. Mix until homogenous. Remove from heat and add the Dimethisil® HNH-LV and fragrance. Mix until completely homogenous and then pour into moulds filling remaining 25% of space. Allow to cool. Properties Appearance: Double sided solid bar Stability: Passed 40°C oven stability

Procedure: Heat phase A to 85 °C (185 °F). Sprinkle phase B into phase A under medium stirring. Heat phase C to 75 °C (167 °F). Slowly emulsify phase C into phase AB whilst stirring. Homogenise for 2 min by using an Ultra Turrax®. Cool down to 35 °C (95 °F) and add phase D whilst stirring. Set pH value with phase E. Properties Appearance: light yellow cream pH value: 5.0 - 5.5 Viscosity: 65 Pa·s at 1 s-1 Stability: Stable for at least 3 months at RT, 5 °C (41 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F)

Procedure: Combine all ingredients in a vessel, withhold fragrance. Melt at 80-85°C and mix until uniform. Add fragrance and mix quickly until homogeneous.
