Procedure: Add water to main beaker and begin mixing. Add Carbopol Aqua SF1, then add AOS. Check pH. If pH is not > 6, adjust with NaOH until it is. Add CAPB, then add Sorbithix and begin heating to 65-75°C. Once homogenous and at temp (all sorbithix is melted), remove from heat and let cool, continue mixing. Once below 40 C, add phase c ingredients one by one, mixing until homogenous. pH to 7-8. QS to 100%.

Procedure: Combine Phase A and heat to 75°C. Combine Phase B and heat to 75°C. Add Phase B to Phase A using a propeller stirrer, then transfer to a Silverson homogenizer and mix for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to Propeller mixer and continue mixing until approximately 25°C. Add Phase C with stirring. Adjust pH as necessary.

Procedure: Add sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate in water and mix until it´s well dissolve. Add Holobiosys, the preservative and glycerin in demineralized water and mix 2min. Add xanthan gum and mix until the obtention of an homogeneous gel (10/15min at 800rpm). Prepare B and mix until the bentone is well dissolve. Then add C and mix until the pigments are well dissolved. Heat A to 70°C. Heat B to 70°C. Add A in B+C little by little under strong mixing (3000rpm) for 5-10min. Cool to 25°C. Properties: Viscosity: R6V20: 24300 cPs
