Procedure: Add the Actigum™ CS 11 QD to the Deionized Water of Phase A with slow homomixing agitation at room temperature. Heat to 75-80°C. Mix the StarDesign™ Power, Glycerin, and Zemea Propanediol in a small vessel at room temperature. Add to Phase A with slow homomixing agitation at 75-80°C. In a separate vessel mix the ingredients of Phase B and heat to 75-80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A with moderate homomixing agitation at 75 - 80°C. Shift Phase AB to moderate propeller agitation. Cool to 55-60°C. Add Phase C with slow propeller agitation at 45-50°C. Stop mixing at 40-45°C. Properties pH: 5.0-6.0 Viscosity: 32 - 54 kcP (Brookfield RVDV-E, RT, T-C, 2.0 rpm)
