IN-COSMETICS GLOBAL PREVIEW

29

Greenext Global (1A59) will showcase two of its numerous organic complex products. Firstly, Cosmos-Certıfıed Organıc Antı-Agıng Complex. This has cell regenerating properties thanks to the rich content of the plants it contains. It nourishes and tightens the natural texture of the skin and thus helps prevent wrinkle formation. Secondly, Cosmos-Certıfıed Organıc

Brıghtenıng Complex. When applied to the skin, it gives it a natural glow and radiance and thus helps the skin to have a more vibrant, youthful and bright appearance. These two complex products have been

tested for efficacy and tested their own product with a cream base to test its effectiveness. In Paris, Greenext Global will share all these results in its brochures.

GS Caltex (1N60) is showcasing during an in-cosmetics Global seminar its GreenDiol (2,3-Butanediol) natural cosmetic ingredient, synthesized uniquely in nature, notably within the human body. The seminar aims to explore the solvation mechanism of 2,3-Butanediol for organic crystalline materials, underscoring its exceptional value in cosmetic formulations. This session presents a groundbreaking

examination of 2,3-butanediol’s extraordinary solvation capabilities, with a focal point on its structural aspects. The study scrutinizes the solvation capabilities of various butanediol isomers, with an emphasis on 2,3-BDO as a green solvent. Additionally, GS Caltex will delve into 2,3-butanediol’s multifaceted role in cosmetics, spotlighting its anti-inflammatory properties, capacity to create unique sensory experiences, and alignment with sustainability principles in formulations.

Hony (Guangdong) New Material (1W151C) will highlight Hony S18H (INCI Name: Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine). Hony S18H is a vegetable-derived cationic surfactant, not easily to be broken down. It is commonly used in hair care products

for conditioning and improving the hair texture, especially excellent wet and dry combing and anti-tangling performance. In addition, it can function as an emulsifier or a surfactant with cleansing properties. Stearamidopropyl dimethylamine is known

as an alternative to silicones. It is water soluble, mixes well with other components, and appears as a yellowish, waxy flake in raw state. Recommended dosage for leave-in products is 0.1-1.5% and 0.1-5% for shower products.

sensations on the skin by inhibiting TRPV1. Its main function is to relieve uncomfortable feelings such as stinging, itching and burning. Calmnerv CR-GL also meets the current

trend of ‘emotional skincare’, which means to make the skin more comfortable and thus make people happier and more relaxing. To simulate the sensitive skin, Jaka Biotech built up an innovative cell model called HaCaT-TRPV1-OE with gene modification, where there are more TRPV1 receptors than normal skin. In addition, Calmnerv CR-GL is 100% natural,

COSMOS approved, and HALAL certified. The Citrus Tangerina is only picked up between May and June, when the active components reach the highest level. It also has a designated plantation and its sourcing contributes to the sustainability and local economy. Calmnerv CR-GL is suitable for soothing

creams, anti-inflammatory ointments, and nerve hyperactivation products. It is water soluble and can be used in various skincare products, including lotions, creams and cleansing products.
