Procedure: Mix ingredients of Phase A and warm up to 75°C, until a clear solution is obtained. In a separate beaker, weight ingredients of Phase B and warm up until 75°C. Add Phase C to Phase B and stir until homogenous. Prepare the premix D and add it to Phase B+C under stirring maintaining 75°C. Add phase A to Phase BCD and homogenize. Cool down to RT under gentle stirring. Add phase E. Check the final pH (>7.0). Properties pH: 7.0 – 7.5 Viscosity (Brookfield RV4/10rpm): 8000 mPas

Procedure: To main vessel sequentially add ingredients in phase (A) mix until uniform and begin heating to 75-80°C. Sequentially add ingredients in phase (B) with moderate stirring, mix until all surfactants uniform and no residual lumps. Begin cooling to 45°C. When at 45°C, quickly add ingredients in phase (C) and mix with high shear mixing, or whisk attachment to aerate formulation. Warm fill into tins or tubes as required, and allow to cool. Procedure: In a beaker, mix the ingredients of phase A together with a dispersing blade while heating up to 75°C. In another beaker, mix and heat the ingredients of phase B with magnetic stirrer up to 85°C. Add phase B into phase A under stirring. Mix C1 and C2 together then add this mix to C3 and C4. When homogeneous decrease the temperature to 70°C for the addition of phase C. Fill in the silicone moulds at 70°C. Leave them still until its complete solidification.
