From Concept to Production
EAO was able to navigate from concept to production, helping KOR Engineering at each step along the way. The company understood the end user’s application environment and defined appropriate control technologies, while catering to KOR’s specific production requirements. Rather than just completing an order for com- ponents, EAO took a proactive and consultative approach to help KOR upgrade its machinery and maintain a competitive edge. Originally, KOR Engineering had been acquiring different parts through various vendors, which was often a time-consuming and resource- draining effort. EAO consolidated this procedure to simplify the entire proj- ect. This process led to an increase in productivity, while simultaneously saving KOR money in the long term. EAO’s ability to adapt to KOR’s unique situation helped complete the
