Salem, NH — Seica is exhibiting a range of board and component test and assembly systems, enhanced by the company’s industrial monitoring solution “4.0 ready,” at NEPCON China. The com- pany is demonstrating its Pilot V8 flying prober, the Compact TK and the Mini 200 benchtop tester. Seica’s “4.0 ready” industrial monitoring system monitors current absorption, supply voltage, tem- perature, and other parameters, indicating correct operation and enabling predictive maintenance. The Pilot V8 is the company’s flagship flying
probe test system. Fully configured, the system offers up to 20 mobile test resources for an electron- ic board. These include probes that can supply up to 3A, high-resolution cameras for AOI, barcode read- ing, lasers, capacitive probes, pyrometers, optical fiber sensors for LEDs, flying connectors for bound- ary scan and onboard programming, and high-fre- quency probes for measurements over 1.5 GHz.

system to test very small objects, down to 1.2 mil (30 µm) in size. The extra-large (XL) version expands the working area from the standard 24 x 21 in. (61 x 54 cm) to 32 x 25.6 in. (80 x 65 cm). Seica’s Mini 200 is a small, compact benchtop
unit with up to 768 hybrid channels. It offers cus- tomers an economical entry point to production testing. The Compact TK utilizes a built-in receiv- er for easy swapping out of fixtures. The Compact line has channel counts from 192 to 4,608 in a vari- ety of manual, in-line and hybrid ICT and func- tional test options. The company is also launching its Firefly
