Year 11 (continued)

LACKHAM COLLEGE VISIT It is important that pupils make informed decisions about their post 16 education, and for some pupils that might be sixth form for others it might be college.

I was able to take thirteen pupils to Lackham college for a taster day so that they could experience first hand what agricultural courses they offer. During the day pupils took part in and experienced animal welfare, land management, horticulture and farming.

YEAR 11 PREFECTS Some of the Year 11 prefects got into the festive spirit by decorating the Christmas tree in reception. It was rather a challenge to get the tree straight and they showed great resourcefulness in doing so. I think there was more glitter on them by the end rather than the baubles!

Miss Reeves Progress Leader - Year 11

What will your mocks tell us about your efforts in term 2?

YEAR 11 MOCK EXAMS

Do not panic this week if your MBU grades are not what you hoped for- now is the time to put it right and reflect on what went wrong. Remember that the grades you received were the result of term 1’s efforts.

If your MBU1 grades are positive, well done, keep it going; if your grades were below what you expected, there is time to do something about it… and that time is NOW!.
