Fuji joins IPC/APEX Expo, San Diego CA Presenting Fuji’s Latest technologies for the Future

FUJI Smart Factory with Nexim There are four operation zones which we consider to make up the production process, Engineering, Logistics, Process and Analytics. Our 4D Closed-loop System connects these zones, and by linking these together with machines and data from previous and next stage processes, it is possible to achieve flexible and lean production, this contributes to establishing factories that secure high profits.

AIMEX III Fuji’s newest all-in-one machine which delivers high-mix,

low-volume and

variable-mix, variable-volume production. Despite its small size, this machine can support up to 130 loaded parts. AIMEXIII supports the DynaHead (DX), which performs automatic head changeover during production allowing the unit to place components as small as 01005 and as large as 74mm square and connectors up to 32mm x 100mm. AIMEX III is user friendly with on-machine editing using a large panel size and LCR electronic verification.

NXT III A high-speed multi-purpose placing machine, our

leading scalable

placement machine, with over 60,000 modules shipped Worldwide. These modules are designed based on a totally modular concept, and no tools are required to exchange heads and modules. The optimal line configuration can easily be set by the user. We will also introduce the latest processes using these units including our new Bulk feed placement head V12D and our high speed precise pressure control head V12L.

Automatic Maintenance Units These units automate work for tasks which results may vary depending on the skill level of the individual performing the work. This achieves a reduction of work time as well as stable and high quality results. All work histories and inspection results are saved and production is always performed with equipment in the best condition while reducing the management time.

Automatic Operator Assistance Units Auto loading feeders, smart set-up, auto splice units and S/Tower component storage units will also be demonstrated. Auto tools provide a reduction in labor and increase quality but providing consistent reliable results with little training or experience.

Our exhibition will also feature new & interesting technologies such as the sFAB-D which is a multi-purpose automated fabrication machine.

Be sure to stop by the Fuji booth 1917 to see our latest products up close. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
