CyberOptics Showcases MRS-Enabled Inspection
Minneapolis, MN — CyberOptics® is showcasing the multi-reflection sup- pression (MRS) technology built into its systems, which include the SQ3000™ 3D AOI system, the CyberGage360™ and the QX250i™. The SQ3000 3D AOI system is
designed to maximize ROI and line utilization with multi-view 3D sen- sors that capture and transmit data simultaneously, and in parallel, accelerating 3D inspection speed. The proprietary MRS technology combined with sophisticated 3D fus- ing algorithms provides microscopic image quality at production speeds. The CyberGage360 offers a com-

bination of speed, accuracy and one- button simplicity for non-contact auto- mated 3D scanning inspection. The system dramatically speeds up quality assurance of in-process inspection and incoming/outgoing parts inspection, lowers the cost of quality and im - proves product time-to-market. The QX250i simultaneous dou-
ble-sided AOI system offers fast, flexi- ble and high-performance inspection for all applications, and is suited for

Inovaxe Turns Any Shelf into Intelligent Storage
Deerfield Beach, FL — Inovaxe has launched its newly-designed InoBar, which can turn nearly any storage shelf or rack into an intelligent stor- age space. The company also offers its SR series of smart racks and InoAuto smart carts, which store 7 and 13 in. (177 and 330 mm) reels and mechanical bins. The InoBar lights up the loca-
tions of desired material and detects when material is added or removed. The storage solution attaches to existing storage shelving, providing LEDs and sensors for items on the shelf. The InoBar can be used to manage solder stencils, boxes, PCB stacks, assembly bench bins, or vir- tually any other packages. InoBar is 21 in. (533 mm) long and can include up to 28 stations, with varied pitch. Multiple InoBars can be daisy chained together, creating a large intelligent storage network. The SR series smart rack has
been designed for customers whose main challenge is finding parts quickly and do not need all of the fea- tures of the InoAuto smart carts. The design is based on the company’s cost-effective InoKit platform. The smart rack controller unit includes the controller and the company’s
