Day 1: London – Rio de Janeiro Fly in the evening from Heathrow by TAM Airlines via São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro.
Day 2: Rio de Janeiro Begin your journey in Rio and transfer to the Windsor Martinique Hotel for 3 nights. The rest of the day is at leisure. (B)
Day 3: Rio de Janeiro Today familiarise yourself with the most famous landmarks of this spectacular city from up above and take a train ride to the summit of Corcovado Hill where you will be greeted by the riveting view of the
iconic Christ the Redeemer, one of the 7 wonders of the modern world, surveying the entire cityscape at around 700m high. Continue to Sugar Loaf Mountain, another spectacular treasure of Rio. (B/L)
Day 4: Rio de Janeiro Enjoy a 1-hour Samba dance lesson in the morning. Afternoon at leisure – you could immerse yourself in Rio’s distinctive culture by taking in one of the city’s fantastic beaches renowned for impromptu Capoeira (Afro- Brazilian martial art that combines music and dance) displays and live music, or sample some of Brazil’s finest Cachaça bars.
