Day 5: Serengeti National Park A full day game drive across Tanzania’s oldest game park, the Serengeti – the Masai word for endless plains. The plains are matched by the seemingly endless wildlife that sweeps across these timeless vistas. On your game drive today you have every chance of seeing the Serengeti’s big game, including lions, leopards, buffalo and elephants as well as vast herds of zebra and wildebeest, a natural stage of truly matchless grandeur. Day 6: Serengeti – Lake Manyara In the morning drive through the famous Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara lies at the base of the Manyara escarpment on the edge of the Rift Valley and is surrounded by a rich mix of habitats excellent for bird watching, elephants and the world’s largest concentration of baboons. Spend the afternoon viewing the tremendous array of game potentially affording you the chance of glimpsing Manyara’s


famous tree climbing lions. Overnight at the Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge. (B/L/D)
