The Getting Started seminars will help visitors who are just embarking on their franchising journey, covering topics such as crucial legal matters and seeking funding. Those wishing to pursue the franchise model to expand their own brand should head to the session hosted by Ashtons Franchise Consulting, where representatives will explain how to franchise an existing business successfully and effectively. Keynote presentations by two former candidates from the BBC’s The Apprentice are sure to inspire and motivate audiences. Michelle Niziol, founder of IMS Property Group and contestant on last year’s series, will share insights into how she built up her successful property business, while Gráinne McCoy will illustrate how her drive and entrepreneurial spirit saw her become the semi-finalist the same year They will be joined by Abel Campos,
head of franchising for McDonald’s UK, who will deliver a keynote during which he will share his hopes for the progressive brand.
Always an enlightening experience, the Real Franchise Stories panel sessions offer attendees the chance to hear from existing franchisees of exhibiting brands. Audience members will be able to pose questions and learn from those who’ve already taken the path to being a franchisee. One-to-one advice will be available at the event from a range of professional advisers. Experts in the franchise and finance industries will be on hand to consult personally, and for free, with visitors on financial, legal and franchise development matters.
