What would my role be within the franchise?
This is a management franchise. Part of your role will be to recruit and manage a team of qualifi ed fi re and security engineers. You will also be responsible for developing commercial relationships and new business in your territory. No previous industry experience is necessary. You will, however, need to have a strong sales background and the drive to grow a client base of repeat business service contracts. Full technical, marketing and accounting support is provided by the franchisor.
How much training do I receive? Jackson Fire & Security will train you in the management of all aspects of the business. The 20-strong head offi ce team is ideally positioned to help you meet any challenge in your new business. The 30-day training course conducted at the national training centre is designed to help you qualify as an accredited fi re and security provider. Jackson Fire & Security provides ongoing marketing, software and business development support in conjunction with its leading industry partners.
Do I need any industry experience? As this is a management opportunity, no previous industry experience is required to establish your own Jackson Fire & Security franchise. If you have a sales or account management background and a natural ability to network, engage and develop strong business relationships, you would be ideally suited to running this franchise.
