Marinade y 1 × 2½ cm piece fresh ginger y 2 tablespoons rice vinegar y 5 tablespoons soy sauce y 1 tablespoon honey y ½ teaspoon chilli flakes y 1 teaspoon ground cumin Stir-fry y 4 beef minute steaks (400 g) y 1 onion y 2 cloves garlic y 1 red chilli
