Procedure: Add phase B into water. Heat to 80°C then add DS 112 before mixing for 20 minutes (if using cold process then leave mixing for 2 hours). Once the DS 112 is mixed in ensure the temperature is below 40°C before adding the ST 118 and mixing for 30 minutes. Then premix phase D before adding in. Add phase E. Lastly adjust the pH: 5.0-5.4. Properties: Appearance: Pale Blue Areated Gel Viscosity: 22,800 - 25,800cP (spT-C, 10rpm) pH 5.0-5.4 Stability: Results TBC

Procedure: Mix components of Phase A. Mix components of Phase B. Add powders of Phase C to Phase B and stir (disperse the powder until wetted) / Add combined phase B/C to Phase A and homogenise intensively. Add Phase D and homogenise shortly. Neutralise with Phase E and stir until homogeneous. Properties: Stability: Stable for more than 3 months at 5°, 25°, 40° pH-value 5.5 - 6.5 Appearance: White low-viscous lotion

Procedure: Mix soap noodles intensively with all the ingredients for 5 minutes. Refine and homogenise the soap base by means of the soap extruder using the drilled plate for 3 minutes. Extrude the soap base using the extrusion cone. Cut the final soap into desired length or press it into a shape.

Procedure: Weigh and heat Part A to 90°C in bain-marie with rotor stator stirring for 1 hour. Weigh Part B and mix well. Add slowly Part B to Part A with rotor stator stirring (s=1000 rpm) at 90°C in bain-marie. Allow Part B+A heating at 90°C for 1 hour in bain-marie with rotor stator stirring. Add Part C to Part A+B in bain-marie at 90°C. Add Part D into the previous part. Weigh Part E. Mix Part E. Add Part E into the previous part and mix well with rapid rotor stator stirring (s=800 rpm). Add Part F and mix well. Weigh Part G. Mix Part G. Add Part G into the previous part and mix well with rapid rotor stator stirring (s=800 rpm). Pour into moulds immediately. Allow to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature. Properties: Appearance: Off-white opaque gel block Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
