Procedure: In a main vessel, hydrate Carbomer in warm water (30-35°C). Start moderate mixing and neutralize with Triethanolamine. When phase A is clear, add phase B and mix until uniform. Add phase C to phase AB. Premix phase D, heat to 60°C and add to phase ABC. Add phase E and mix gently until homogenous.
