Procedure: Prepare phase A, pre-blend Sodium Hyaluronate in Propylene Glycol, and disperse into water. Add salts and mix until dissolved. Prepare phase B. Disperse Aerosil and Bentone into Dimethicone with a Silverson. Add remaining phase B ingredients. Add phase C pigments to phase B. Homogenise with Silverson with high shear (we use a dispersion head and over 6000rpm). Add Cor-Sil Avance emulsifier
to phase BC and mix. Place Phase BCD under Silverson at ˜ 2500-3500rpm. Steadily pour in Phase A, ensuring it hits the homogeniser and is dispersed. Once added continue homogenising for a few minutes to ensure water droplets are thoroughly dispersed. QC & Pack

Procedure: Combine the ingredients of Phase A at room temperature with rapid mixing. Once completely dispersed, heat to 75- 80°C. Add the ingredients of Phase B to Phase A with rapid mixing until dispersed. Combine all ingredients of Phase C in a separate vessel, start heating to 75-80°C, and slowly mix until uniform. Add the ingredients of Phase C to Phase AB at 75-80°C with rapid mixing, followed by homomixing briefly. Shift the mixture to moderate-slow propeller mixing and begin cooling to 40°C. Add Phase D at 40°C with slow mixing until dispersed. Stop mixing when the mixture becomes uniform. Properties: Viscosity: 150 - 250kcP pH: 6 - 7
