Zoning in on sustainability Attendees can not only find the latest ingredients ideal for new natural, organic, free-from or waterless formulations: New for 2023, in-cosmetics Global will help attendees understand what it means to be truly sustainable. Since 2017, the Sustainability Corner at the event has grown in popularity, with an increasing number of attendees looking for suitable solutions. But it’s not just eco- friendly ingredients and ethical sourcing that make a company or product sustainable. The new Sustainability Zone has been
introduced to expand the show’s sustainability offering, providing more information and opportunities for attendees to discover how to become more sustainable. The zone will consist of the existing Sustainability Corner display and theatre (sponsored by AAK), but for the first time will be joined by a new sustainability pavilion (sponsored by Farmforce). The new sustainability area at the show is supported by The Green Chemist Consultancy and presented in partnership with Ecovia Intelligence.
Dedicated zones put specialist ingredients in the limelight Elsewhere on the show floor, dedicated zones will focus on specialist topics – bringing together suppliers to help attendees discover the companies and solutions available to meet their unique challenges. The latest ingredient launches in the show’s
popular Innovation Zone, sponsored by Ashland and in association with in-cosmetics Discover, will help attendees discover the very latest ingredients and materials to give finished products that innovative edge. It will include displays from exhibitors including Ashland, AAK Sweden, Berkem, Chemyunion, CLR Berlin, DSM, Elkem Silicones, Galaxy Surfactants, Lipotrue, Mibelle Biochemistry, Normactive Kozmetik and Robertet. Meanwhile, tailored product showcases will
see international suppliers including Luzi and CPL Aromas take attendees on a journey of new scents and fragrance trends in the Fragrance Zone, sponsored by Moellhausen. The latest developments in the world of lab equipment can be found in the Lab Zone, while the Testing and Regulation Zone will take a deep dive into the safety, stability and shelf-life of personal care products. Furthermore, the ‘Boost your Test’ feature, organised by Skinobs, will help match the most appropriate testing methods to the evaluation specifications. The Sensory Bar will invite attendees to
identify new and invigorating sensations for their next cosmetic creation, with Brazilian company, AQIA to showcase its latest innovations. The Make-Up Bar will profile innovative pigments and technologies to deliver

The themes for this year’s tours include Microbiome - Advancements in skincare and anti-ageing (sponsored by Symrise), Skinification (sponsored by Codif)and Biotech (sponsored by Mibelle Biotechnology).
Indie Trail Also available in a digital and printed format for on-site visitors, this year’s Indie Trail will help attendees navigate the event with greater efficiency, creating new business opportunities. Those confirmed to participate on the trail include Activen, Laboratoires Prod’Hyg, Mibelle Biochemistry, Microcaps, Roelmi HPC, Rossow, Swedish Algae Factory, Biolie, The Upcycled Beauty Company, Nako Naturals and Apoena Biotech.
