Te team project was particularly demanding as we collaborated with professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, often meeting at 7 AM before the day’s sessions. We called ourselves “Te Morning Collective,” and despite
the challenges—including jetlag and packed schedules—it became a growth experience. It pushed me beyond my comfort zone, taught me resilience, and reinforced the power of teamwork and adaptability.
How valuable is the EDP for career progression?

Being the first participant from Belgium, representing Grand Casino Brussels VIAGE and Casino Austria International, is a milestone I’m incredibly proud of. Winning the Best Team Award was a personal highlight I’ll treasure. Te programme equips you to lead authentically, embrace
innovation, and tackle challenges holistically. Te networking opportunities are unparalleled—I’ve built a support system of peers and mentors worldwide. Tis network helps me stay ahead of trends and adopt best practices that will drive my career forward. We’ve even stayed connected through a WhatsApp group,
where we continue to inspire one another and plan future reunions like ICE in Barcelona.
