a modern casino floor. By offering complete sets of equipment, our customers could immediately designate an island of four, six, eight or more machines to a particular area without involving much time and considerations about the game titles, sign package, and accessories, that should accompany the machines to create a centre piece for the targeted audience. Tis gorgeous blend of technology and game innovation

launches a stunning spectacle on the gaming floor enhanced by the impressive jackpot signage.

Andrew Sackey: Within EMEA we operate four different form factors, with the premium Neptune Single and Te Baron Upright products being our latest, offering options with dual screen and portrait banking with signage to create multiple configurations to suit all floor designs. Te ability to offer two options in both form factors and a variety of banking options allows casino operators to service multiple floor designs in their mass, premium and high-limit areas.

Nicci Smith: Our product ranges, especially products like our latest Qorex 2 electronic gaming terminals, are designed to accommodate diverse floor layouts. We offer modular solutions that can be easily configured to fit different floor plans and player preferences. From small city centre casinos to large-scale integrated casino resorts, our products need to cater for a broad array of floor configurations. For stadium- style sections, we offer products like our Qorex 2 electronic table games combined with HiLite signage, with big impact to attract and inform players, high-definition displays and synchronised gameplay. For more intimate settings, we provide personalised gaming

terminals with advanced features and customisation options. When it comes to the casino classics, we have a versatile, innovation-focused team that understands the global ecosystem of table games from a hardware and software perspective. Combined with a collaborative approach to crafting unique and high-quality bespoke tables for any game variant, this ensures finished products meet the specific needs of both the operator and their players.

Floor Mix Evolution

An industry trend since the late 2010s has been a move towards 47-49-inch portrait cabinets and linked progressives. What are the challenges of creating one unique experience that crosses over machines on the same bank?

Andrew Sackey: Te historic challenges centred around delivering a compelling reason to stay on a bank once the linked progressive Grand Jackpot had hit while providing variety in game themes instead of a single theme. But you will see some products have increased the volume of jackpot levels, along with certain aspects of the games being separated from the linked, to become specific to the machine to increase the ability to have these unique experiences within a linked bank. Examples of this would be not linking all of the jackpot

levels across the bank to make them specific to each machine, which has increased player focus on the second-tier Major Jackpot levels which are often viewed as more achievable than the Grand and specific to that machine, along with the development of Metamorphic concepts and features within features which have become a key factors in providing these unique experiences on each machine within the same bank. Te variety has also improved with game family themes

expanding within the bank and offering different features and themes within each variant, whilst providing core feature favourites like Hold & Spin and Cash on Reels.

David Flinn: As a global gaming supplier, IGT considers content portability across cabinets in the earliest phases of content development. Unlike in North America, where large cabinets have become the norm, much of the world still prefers cabinets with smaller footprints or multi-game bundles. Our studio
