Te Marketing Strategy Planning and Implementation Course was specifically designed for marketers in the gaming industry who may not have formal marketing training but are eager to enhance their skills, address key industry challenges, and demonstrate the measurable impact of their efforts on business success.

Tis follow-up article aims to give you a closer look at the Marketing Strategy Planning and Implementation course. Our goal is simple: to equip marketers with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to demonstrate marketing's real value to their company’s bottom line.
PURPOSE OF THE COURSE Te course is designed to help marketers improve their skills in shaping marketing strategy and planning - moving beyond just focusing on marketing tactics. Te aim is to empower marketers to become more strategic, increase their confidence in their role, and - most importantly - help them prove the impact of their efforts.
I understand that marketers in the gaming industry are often juggling multiple responsibilities. Time is tight, and you’re likely involved in many different activities. OVERVIEW OF THE FIVE MODULES Module 1: Identifying Ideal Customers Understanding who your ideal customers are is the foundation of any marketing strategy. In this module, I’ll walk you through the process of defining Ideal Company Profiles (ICPs) and creating detailed personas. Tese personas are based on the key individuals your company and Sales team typically target. Once you understand your ideal customers, you’ll be able to craft marketing campaigns that directly address their needs.
