So, as we continue to grow and expand our AML offering, Entegrity is that next level of platform to create more efficiency for operators as they manage their regulatory compliance requirements.
Are there any new product lines (or features) in Everi's loyalty product line?
Loyalty continues to show great advancement and foresight in delivering tools to an operator for better patron engagement. For example, having a web portal for loyalty enrolment and the ability to interact with existing loyalty accounts while weaving in promotions are key to extending our entire loyalty platform. We’ve had a ton of demand from operators to extend these loyalty platforms.
Along with that, one of the cool things that Everi can offer is more easy- to-use data segmentation tools. As an example, it allows operators more choices when it comes to continuity gifting. With Everi’s FlexRewards and quick gift products, we see this as a way for customers to be rewarded through targeted e-mails or texts while they redeem at self-service loyalty kiosks.
Again, this promotes the concept of better patron engagement. Since these are time-based rewards as well, the patron is enticed to heed a call to action. Tey also get freedom of choice when it comes to their prize, instead of something that may not be valuable to them. So, it’s about more curated experiences for players. How will Everi look to bolster its FinTech presence across global gaming markets in 2025?
As we have indicated in the past, during our earnings calls and at different trade shows like G2E, we've always talked about geographical expansion. We’ve also made a couple of acquisitions in Australia over the past couple years and continue to make investments in that market for both FinTech and games. We expect continued opportunities in the Australian market and Asia-Pacific, in general.
In the European market, we're creating more opportunities with different products. We've got some opportunities on the with the ecash miniCRT product and adding QuikTicket functionality to that. We think there’s a great opportunity there. Obviously as we look forward to 2025, we're also right in the midst of an acquisition and merger process with Apollo and IGT.
As we've indicated in press releases, IGT has a significant international footprint, so that makes us think about potential opportunities in the markets that they may be in. So, I think 2025 presents a lot of great things for us from a global gaming standpoint and the opportunity for our FinTech to grow its presence in a lot of new areas.
