Tour essentials A challenging classic trek around the full Annapurna Circuit
One of Nepal’s classic treks, this route takes us on a full circuit of the Annapurna range. We trek through rhododendron forests, mountain foothills, barren rocky landscapes and across snow covered passes. After the challenging ascent of the Thorong La Pass (5416m) we are rewarded with dramatic views of the Annapurna range and northwards into Tibet.
21 day tour itinerary
Day 1 Join tour Kathmandu. Day 2 Kathmandu Full trek briefi ng and take a walking tour of the old city. Days 3/6 Trek Begins Drive to Besisahar and trek north into the Marsyangdi Valley to Bhulbhule. Following the Marsyangdi River, admire spectacular views of Manaslu, Annapurna II and Annapurna IV. Climb through forests and over ridges to Chame. Days 7/9 Manang Follow an easy riverside trail and then climb to the village of Pisang.

Bhulbhule Jagat
Spend a day acclimatising in Manang. Days 10/11 Thorong Phedi Trek through the foothills to the base of the pass. Day 12 Thorong La Make a challenging ascent of the Thorong La Pass (5416m) and leave prayer fl ags at the summit. Days 13/14 Kagbeni Visit the temple at Muktinath, one of the greatest pilgrimage sites for Buddhists and Hindus. Reach Kagbeni: the entrance to the Mustang Region. Days 15/17 Ghorepani Travel
Debouche Dharapani Chame Pisang
through the small villages of Ghasa and Kalopani to Ghorepani. Days 18/19 Poon Hill Ascend the hill at sunrise for a panoramic view of the Annapurnas. Descend to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara to relax by the lake. Day 20 Kathmandu Fly to the capital and enjoy sightseeing. Day 21 Tour ends Kathmandu.

Transport: Bus and internal fl ight. Trekking Details: This is a 17-day trek with an average of 7 hours walking a day. On day 12 we hike for about 10 hours to reach a maximum altitude of 5416m.
