Adventure Choose your Trek Grade

We have graded all our walks and treks to help you choose the right trip. You will also find more detailed information on individual tour pages, along with charts showing the daily walking distances and the amount of ascent and descent, with a brief description of the terrain.

Easy

Suitable for most people in good health, these easy walks are predominantly on good paths, at low altitude and on undemanding terrain. Previous walking or trekking experience is not necessary.

Moderate

For those who are fit and active, these moderate walks are normally on good paths and tracks at low altitude. Days may include some fairly demanding ascents and descents, so previous experience is preferable but not essential.

Choose your Comfort Level

We’ve given each of our tours a comfort rating to give you a general idea about the standard of accommodation you will be staying in at the end of your day’s adventure.

Often you’ll stay in different styles of accommodation during your trip; so we make an average rating across the entire tour. For more details on each tour, and to see more specific information about where you will stay each night, please see our tour trip notes.
