Hong Kong will host the Asian Gaelic Games on September 2010 with teams expected from China, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Middle East, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and India. The Hong Kong ladies will be looking to regain the trophy they last took home in Hong Kong in 2004.


5. Among the most popular sports are the traditional Irish games of Gaelic football, hurling and camogie. Games in the All-Ireland hurling and football championships attract large attendance throughout the summer months culminating in the finals, the highlight of Ireland ‘s sporting year, which are held in Croke Park in Dublin.
