Interviews can be carried out to discover more about someone’s life. They can also be helpful in fi nding out the suitability of a candidate for a job.

A transcript is a written text of a conversation. An interview can be written as a transcript. This will include the interviewer’s questions and the interviewee’s answers, word for word.
