Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to complain about my visit to your establishment last Thursday.
I had booked a table for six, as my family and I were celebrating my brother’s birthday. When we arrived we were told that there was no record of this booking and we had to wait 40 minutes until a table became available.
Once we were seated it took a further 40 minutes for the waiter to take our order. When the food was delivered to the table it was cold and the order was incorrect.
I complained to the waiter who told me that the restaurant was understaffed and recommended that I forward my complaint to the manager.
I was highly unsatisfied with the service on the night of my reservation and I expect compensation for the cold meal and the delay in seating my party.
