The puppies were being exported without a pet passport and are now in the care of the Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals By Jack Cahill
A number of puppies and dogs were seized at Dublin Port last night as they were being exported out of the country.
The majority of puppies are just ten weeks old and will now be in need of a new home.
The good news is the cute pooches can be adopted from the DSPCA within the next week.
This is the fourth seizure of its kind this year and according to the DSPCA, it brings the total number of puppies seized to over 500 in the last 18 months.

The comments on the puppy pics show how desperate people are to see those responsible for this kind of thing prosecuted.
One said: ‘Makes me livid that people know the scum who do this! And they condone it by doing nothing! When will people wake up and grow a conscience!?’
With any luck the puppies will be re-homed quickly.
