Procedure: Mix the ingredients of Phase A until fully solubilized. Heat the mixture to 85°C. 2) In a separate beaker, mix the ingredients of Phase B. Heat the mixture to 80°C, ensuring complete melting of all ingredients. 3) Slowly add Phase B to Phase A under mechanical stirring at 500 RPM. Continue stirring for 5 minutes to ensure emulsion formation. 4) Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C. Add the ingredients of Phase C and stir until fully homogenized.

Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 85°C. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 85°C. Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed. Shear is optional. When emulsion is smooth, pour at 67-72°C into appropriate containers. Keep mixer on during filling. Properties: Stability Information: Three months at 45°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Mix the components of phase A while stirring until all completely dissolved. Add phase B to phase A with gentle stirring. Ensure it is fully dispersed before proceeding. On a side vessel mix the components of phase C. Add phase C to phase A+B while stirring until fully mixed. Homogenize until full emulsification. Add phase D into phase A+B+C while until fully dispersed. Add phase E with gentle stirring until fully dispersed. Add phase E with gentle stirring to ensure complete distribution throughout the formulation. Adjust pH.
