Procedure: Step 1. Phase A: Add the ALKAMULS® GS 100, the Cetyl Alcohol and the Stearyl Alcohol together. Heat the mixture at 75°C and mix for 10 minutes. Step 2. Phase B: Separately, disperse Naternal™ Care Xtra in the water at 75°C in a water bath, add 50% citric acid solution to hydrate the galactomannan. Add the Fentacare® 2231MS I 90 and mix for 10min. Step 3. Remove the Phase B from the water bath and add the Phase A in the Phase B while it is still hot at high speed stirring. Step 4. Let cool the mixture under stirring at medium speed for 60min. Step 5. Add the preservative. Step 6. Adjust the pH to 4 with citric acid and complete water missing due to evaporation.

Procedure: 1. In main vessel combine Phase B ingredients. Heat to 80°C mix until completely clear and uniform. Remove from heat. 2. Add Phase A. Cool to 40°C. 3. Add Phase C ingredients and pour off into sealed containers.

Procedure: Add Phase A into the main container and maintain continuous stirring. 2. Prepare Phase B premix. While stirring, add Phase B to Phase A. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes homogeneous and clear. 3. In a separate container, prepare Phase C. Mix and heat to 60°C, then cool to 50°C before adding it to the gel. Adjust the stirring speed depending on the desired flake size (higher speed produces smaller flakes). For easier processing and faster crystallization of the flakes, maintain the gel temperature at 15 - 17 °C. 4. Adjust pH between 4.8 - 5.2, adding extra citric acid if necessary Properties: pH: 4.8 - 5.2
