Procedure: In the main vessel, add Phase A ingredients one by one while heating to 75°C. Mix well between each addition until smooth. In a side beaker, mix Phase B and heat to 75°C. At 75°C, add Phase B into A and homogenise until smooth. Premix Phase C at room temperature until clear and uniform and add it to the main vessel at 60°C. Mix well. At 45°C, add Phase D one by one and mix well between each addition. In a side beaker prepare Phase E. At room temperature sprinkle Natrosol in water and mix well while heating at 60°C. Then cool down Phase E under mixing. At 30°C, add Phase E and mix until smooth. At RT, add Phase F and mix well. Stop at 25°C.

Procedure: Heat Phase A to 80°C while stirring. Stir for 15 minutes at temperature. Heat Phase B separately to 80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A while stirring and homogenise for 3 minutes. Cool down to < 40°C and add Phase C. Add Dermosoft Pentiol eco and Vanilla Extract and adjust the pH to 5.5 with citric acid. Homogenise once more for 3 minutes.

Procedure: Heat up Phase A and Phase B separately to about 80°C Add Phase B to phase A while stirring. After 2 minutes add phase C to Phase A/B while stirring. Stir slowly and start to cool to 50°C. Do not homogenise. Add Phase D one after another at <40°C while stirring. Continue to cool to room temperature while gently stirring and adjust the pH value to 6.2-6.15 by Phase E.
