Procedure: To a suitable vessel, add Disodium EDTA to heated Deionized Water (35-40°C) with moderate mixing with a marine blade. When Disodium EDTA is dissolved, sprinkle Pemulen EZ-4U polymeric emulsifier into vortex. When uniform, discontinue heat and add Zemea Propendiol. When uniform, sprinkle Avalure Flex-6 polymer into vortex. When uniform, add Glycerin and Glucam P-10 humectant. In a different vessel, add Caprylic Capric Triglyceride and Schercemol CO ester, heat 35-40°C with moderate mixing (marine type blade), and then sprinkle Lipochroman molecule into vortex. Mix until dissolved. When uniform, add Part B to Part A with moderate mixing. When uniform and below 30°C, add Reproage Peptide, Actifcol Advanced Botanical Ingredient, Microcare PE, and Fragrance. When uniform, adjust pH up into range with sodium hydroxide.
