Procedure: Prepare Phase A by mixing EDTA into the water phase, followed by the starch until uniform while heating to 80 - 85°C. 2. Pre-mix Phase B together then add into the main tank. 3. Individually add each ingredient from Phase C into the main tank and mix until it’s uniform before adding the next ingredient. 4. Below 50°C, add Phase D then adjust the pH to 7.5 - 8.5. 5. Use a high-speed homogenizer and mix until desired consistency.

Procedure: Add Jaguar® SOFT into water with agitation and mix until completely dispersed. Hydrate with Citric Acid at 50%. With moderate stirring, add Mackam® 50 ULB, and then Rhodapex® ESB 30 HA1. Add Glycerin. Adjust pH with Citric Acid at 50%. Add Mackadet® OPR-2 until homogeneity (30 min). Add NaCl to adjust viscosity and add preservatives.
