Procedure: In a main vessel, mix and heat phase A to 70-75°C. In a separate vessel, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C. Mix until wax and powders dissolve. Once both phases are at 70-75°C, add phase B to phase A under high mixing agitation. Homogenize for 5 minutes or until uniform. Continue with moderate mixing and cool down to 40-45°C. At 40-45°C, add phase C ingredients, independently. Cool down to ≤32°C and adjust pH, if needed, with 20% Lactic acid solution.

Procedure: In a beaker, mix the ingredients of phase A together with a dispersing blade while heating up to 75°C. In another beaker, mix and heat the ingredients of phase B with magnetic stirrer up to 85°C. Add phase B into phase A under stirring. Mix C.1 and C.2 together then add this mix to C.3 and C.4. When homogeneous decrease the temperature to 70°C for the addition of phase C. Fill in the silicone moulds at 70°C.


Leave them still until its complete solidification. Properties Appearance: white solid pH: NA( Anhydrous) Viscosity: NA( Solid) Stability Test: 3 months at 50°C, 40°C and RT
