Procedure: Mix ingredients of Phase A and warm up to 75˚C, until a clear solution is obrained. In a separate beaker, weight ingredients of Phase B and warm up until 75˚C. Add Phase C to Phase B and stir until homogenous. Prepare the premix D and add it to Phase B+C under stirring maintaining 75˚C. Coll down to RT under gentle stirring. Add Phase E. Procedure: Combine item F, G and H in a beaker and heat to 75 – 80°C in a water bath. Add item A – E, one by one into the main batch with propeller mixing at medium – high speed and maintain the heat to 75 – 80°C in a water bath. Mix until all waxes are melted. At 70 – 75°C, homogenize at 3000 rpm for 2 minutes. Around 65°C, transfer the main batch to slow – medium anchor mixing. Stop mixing at 45 – 50°C.

Procedure: Combine Phase A and heat to 75°C. Combine Phase B and heat to 75°C. Add Phase B to A with a Silverson homogenizer and mix for several minutes. Transfer to propeller mixing and begin cooling. At 30°C add Phase C. Mix until uniform. If necessary, adjust pH using Phase D to 6.0 - 6.3.
