Procedure: At RT, in the main beaker, mix Phase A. Add phase B and mix until dissolved. At RT, add Phase C ingredients one at a time and mix well between each addition until completely dissolved. Once salt is added, let mix for 15 minutes to thicken the formula. At RT, add Phase D and mix for 15 minutes until phyteq™raspberry
dissolves. At RT, add Phase E and mix until colour is uniform. Adjust pH to ˜5.0 with 25-50% citric acid solution. Stop once the pH is adjusted Properties: Appearance: Clear green gel pH: 4.8 –5.3 Viscosity (24h): 2500 –4000 cps (Brookfield RVT | Spindle 5 | 10 RPM | 1 minute | 25°C)

Procedure: Mix Phase A until homogeneous.. Mix Phase B until homogeneous. Add phase B to phase A with mixing. Heat up to 70°C. Mix until homogeneous the Phase C, then heat it at 70°C. Add phase C to phase A+B with mixing. Cool down the formulation with mixing up to 40°C Add Phase D. Cool down until 25°C with gentle mixing.

Procedure: Combine ingredients of Phase A and heat to 85-90°C with moderate agitation. Cool batch to 75°C; add Phase B and mix with moderate propeller agitation. Fill containers immediately.
