Blagden Personal Care – Stand 228 Visit Blagden Personal Care on stand 228, as well as offering a comprehensive range of speciality ingredients, this year Blagden will be showcasing Sollivia-FX from Sollice Biotech - a silicone and mineral oil alternative; ALGYL by Gelyma - a marine skin barrier protector; Biomer by Maycos Italia - a natural vegetable thickener. Blue Sky Botanics – Stand 614 Blue Sky Botanics, an innovative UK manufacturer of authentic, natural botanical extracts is based on a 200-acre award winning organic farm in the heart of Herefordshire, England.


Building upon the 2017 launch of an innovative range of PhytActive Extracts, standardised for natural ‘active’ constituents, Blue Sky have continued to undertake extensive R&D. The newest addition to the range is Resurrection PhytActive Extract which contains a unique combination of compounds known for skin brightening, protection and moisturisation and standardised for Trehalose, Arbutin & Glyceryl-glucoside. Resurrection PhytActive will be showcased alongside other exciting new PhytActives in November at SCS Formulate.


Brenntag – 321 Brenntag are advancing their range of Clean, Pure and Simple creative concept formulations unveiled at in-cosmetics 2018. Tamara Durak of Brenntag UK &Ireland said: “A lot of cosmetic brands are looking for simpler formulations, with less ingredients but high efficiency and potent consumer appeal, which presents some pertinent challenges for formulators. We are addressing this challenge by using nature- based multifunctional ingredients in our portfolio. Our favourite formulation is Bounce-Me-Back Eye Shadow which we are delighted to be submitting for the prestigious Laura Marshall Award”.
