Procedure
1. In main beaker, combine phase A ingredients and heat to 80˚C. Mix until clear and all solids have melted. In another beaker, combine phase B ingredients and mix until smooth and clear. Add phase C ingredients to phase B and mix well. Slowly add combined phase BC to phase A and mix well. Begin cooling. When temperature reaches 60˚C-65˚C, pour into suitable containers.
