Procedure
Combine phase A and heat to 60 -65 °C with mixing. Combine phase B and heat with mixing to 60 -65 °C until all solids are dissolved. At 60 - 65, add phase B to phase A. Cool to 40 -45 °C, then add C to AB. Mix well. Cool to room temperature with mixing. Procedure
Add A1 & A2 into a beaker and mix well. Then add in A3. Mix well. Adjust pH to 6-7 with A4. Add B1-B3 one by one into bulk. Mix well after each addition. Premix phase C. Add premix into bulk. Add D1 into bulk. Mix well. Then, fill the product into airless bottle. Properties

Procedure
Blend together the CCT, Sunsorb, DDG-28, Argan Butter, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate and the Sensocream and heat to around 65’C to melt the butter. Seperately, heat the water up to 65’C and pour this into the oil blend. Allow to cool to around 50’C and add the Dead Sea Mud and Charcoal Powder. Mix well until this is homogenous and allow further cooling to below 40’C and add all the remaining ingredients bar the Rheomer SC Plus. Once cooled below 30’C add the Rheomer SC plus and mix well. Slowly adjust the pH to around 6.5-7 and allow the product to thicken. Homogenise to complete. Suppliers 1 Georges Walther AG

C Aqua Ethyl Alcohol Procedure
Mix well Part B with HANIL mixer for 60 seconds. Add Part A and Part B into mixing reactor and then heat it to 80 degree Celsius and mix it well. Add Part C to Part AB little by little mixing by Cowles blades 500 – 3000 rpm in 80 degree Celsius. Cool down it to about 40 degree Celsius with mixing by 3000 rpm. Fill into packages.
