a huge competitive advantage against our competitors, and in respect of technology that comes down to two things, agility and adaptability. Agility in as much as we’re experienced in developing and maintaining a compliant technology offering because we’ve done it effectively already in 30 regulated markets, all with common regulatory themes and outlooks. Tis plays into the second point, adaptability, we’re not working with one set of granular regulations, we’ve worked with many, many more, all with some commonalities but even more differences, and Bragg has adapted to them all.

It's been three years since Bragg acquired Spin Games, providing access to numerous iGaming operators in the U.S. Looking back, how pivotal was that acquisition in accelerating Bragg's entry into the U.S.?

Te acquisition of Spin Games was a real game changer for Bragg, especially when it came to our ambition to become the iGaming provider of choice for the U.S. iGaming market. Spin Games had existing deals in place with more than 30 North American iGaming operators, while the Spin Remote Games Server and its content were already licensed and distributed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan, three of the largest states for iGaming in the U.S, as well as being licensed in Connecticut and British Columbia in Canada.

In one stroke, we were able to radically increase our U.S. footprint, while also providing a fantastic springboard to expand our proprietary and exclusive iGaming content development portfolio. Tree years later, we’re seeing the benefits of this acquisition, in that we’re generating fantastic revenues from our proprietary and exclusive content, especially in the U.S., we’re pushing hard in Canada and are in two provinces, all things which the Spin Games acquisition propelled.

How is Bragg utilising its RGS and content from its proprietary studios? What different attributes do Atomic Slot Lab, Indigo Magic and Wild Streak Gaming bring?

creation of online casino content. By tapping into the specialised knowledge of these teams, Bragg can curate a diverse content portfolio that appeals to a wider audience of operators and players across our global markets.

Atomic Slot Lab, based in Las Vegas, is a studio delivering top-tier online casino content to slot enthusiasts worldwide. Drawing inspiration from the features, themes, and mechanics of the most popular games found in casinos across North America, Atomic Slot Lab crafts games designed to resonate with online players in localised markets around the world.

What sets Atomic Slot Lab apart is the attention to detail in its behind- the-scenes processes, such as the unique mathematical models and the subtle design elements that longtime players will recognise. Tese mathematical models differ from those used in our other studios and markets, incorporating data and player preferences specific to the North American market.

Also based in Las Vegas, Wild Streak Gaming (WSG) is our premium studio brand in the U.S. with a highly experienced U.S. team of slots developers. Focusing on the design, development and deployment of top-performing casino products, content is designed for various channels, including land-based, online and social gaming. As a studio, WSG focuses on player experience using targeted design elements in both base game and features as well as focusing on innovating the games design process.
